Has there been a change to pinch-runner logic recently, or was this game just a fluke?

I do have it set to "very aggressively" but I don't recall seeing 5 PR in a single game before.

Did you recently just expand your roster?  Maybe it's a perfect storm type thing.

I did just expand the roster, but I've only added one bat. I think it may just have been a perfect storm instance, since no one else seems to have run across it.
