Now that eleibowitz's college league has filled and will start soon(I am sure to be mediocre in it again, this time as Auburn), I had another college league in mind. It is amazing how deep and talented the pools are for North Carolina and UCLA in the college leagues here. Kansas has Wilt, but their depth isn't nearly as amazing as it is for the Tar Heels and Bruins. Eleibowitz actually makes rules in his league to help those who choose anyone besides those big three teams. Made me imagine----could North Carolina and UCLA win a league that in my opinion was "equal" in terms of depth. To do that, you'd have to create groups of teams where if you combined those teams and players, it would possibly rival the depth that North Carolina and UCLA enjoy.
No clones, no waivers, no rookies.....$47 million cap
Pretty simple idea----each owner picks one of the following teams/groups/conferences. Your players come from the team/group/conference listed.
If your group of schools is small(5 or less), you MUST select TWO players per school. If you select a conference, at least EIGHT of the schools in your conference must be represented. Team names need to be one of the schools in your group or conference----or of course, UCLA or North Carolina. Realignment will be geographical.
Here are the options....choices are first come, first served.
This link lists all of the members of each conference, if in case you choose an entire conference.

WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR CHOICE ALSO TELL ME WHAT SCHOOL YOUR TEAM NAME WILL BE FROM YOUR GROUP.
You are allowed up to TWO non-affiliated reserves(any player) to fill in your roster, as long as your team meets the following criteria:
1)You have met the representation requirement
2)Each reserve can have a salary no more than $300,000
If someone wants to tackle an entire other conference, like the America East, Sun Belt, or whatever, they are welcome to choose it. I doubt they can compete, but if someone wants the challenge, just post it. I will wait until the first 10 selections are made before I make my pick. If you have any questions, feel free to post. I want North Carolina and UCLA selected, so if no one picks them in the first 10, I will select one of those schools.
