i've never started a theme league and wouldn't have the time to manage it, but would love to join if anyone wanted to get a 2012 roster theme league together. You could choose any 2012 team and use the 2011 season for any player that appears on thier 40 man roster.

You could add twists to the bad teams to make them attractive. For example the Cardinals, Rangers, Brewers could get 1 twist, while the Pirates, Royals, etc would get 5 twists.

Anybody up from running something like that?

managing a league really doesnt take any time at all once you get it set up.  Only takes about 30 minutes but know what you want to do before you get in the setup screens.
