Sound like a Willie Mays, Ted Williams, Mel Ott outfield. Just a guess and I know I couldn't possibly be right. But I'd also go with the B-/A guy in CF. Not much difference between an A- and B- fielder(error wise), But when taking into account both the plus plays of an A range guy and the minus plays of a D+ range guy you'll get a double effect and a greater disparity. As far as LF and RF, usually close. If you can micro-manage, I'd switch them up depending on the hand orientation of the pitcher and league tendencies.
