 Would you give him 7.1? Im honestly so tired of seeing him in my IFA pool that im considering offering him the 7, he has been in the pool for 2 weeks now.

He's nothing special.  But if you're not going to use the $7m for anything else, why not grab him?  It all comes down to what else you might want to use the money on.

How old is he?  If he's 21+, he probably won't even get to the projections.

Assuming he's 19 or younger and throws right, I agree with tec; he's a nice little utility player, and the $7.1M is a decent investment if you don't have anything better to do with it.
