After rollover this player show ML service time as 4.183.  I believe that .180 = 1 year of service.
My question is after next seasons rollover will he be at 6 years of service making him a free agent or will
it be still 5 years and so many number of days.  It shows that he is arb. eligible for the following season
but not sure if this is trustworthy.  Anybody know the answer to this for sure?  I would like to arb him 1 more
year before signing him, but for sure dont want to lose him.

He's only been arb'd once.  You have two more arbs if you don't sign him LT.
