This is the 3rd Version of the Banned Players League. The Players Banned are as follows; Kidd, Jordan, Lebron, Wilt, Rodman, B Wallace, Kareem, Hakeem, Moses, Shaq, B. Walton, C Paul, Dr. J, and R. Allen.

There will be no Clones and no stinking Rookies. Waiver wire is allowed. The 2 previous Versions filled up in less than 3 weeks. This Version should certainly be interesting based on the number of players banned.

Winning Manager will receive a FREE TEAM.

Why is there a waiver wire?

I allowed it in the previous Leagues and no one has ever asked or complained.  Personally I have only used it maybe two times in 6 years. I don't use it because the penalty (cost) is to high for me at least. I think a lot of people seem to like it and use it. For some if they have put together a really stinky team it at least gives them some hope of making it better. It happens in real life so I put it in here. 

We did have an issue year one though hoosier... someone picked up a banned player (late in the season)

Hi Gin.  Yes , that did happen and it was caught very quick.  I went back and reviewed the games and only one person, Felonius was affected by a loss.  When asked what he wanted to do Felonius said to not make an issue of it since he was going to make the playoffs. I posted the problem in the league chat area and the conclusion by those who replied all agreed that the owner in question simply made a mistake. The owner apologized, benched the banned player and did not play that player for the remainder of the league and nothing more was made of it. I have played in many leagues with the owner involved and my personal feelings were it was truly a simple mistake. 

I remember it. My opinion at the time was that it was an honest mistake.
