Did a phone call just for the heck of it on a recruit I was in a battle on and got back this:

********** sounded almost convinced. There has to be something we can do to sway him 100% in our direction.

Does that mean the player is on the verge of signing, or is it just window dressing for a close battle?

(Normally the only phone call I ever give is right at the beginning for "Can I pull him down" purposes, so not really familiar with the lat phone call messages)
