To set up your pitching staff starters 1-5? Is there certain ratings you like to set each pitcher at?

Recs and adjust after 2-3 times thru the rotation.

I find that recs will put someone I want to be a starter in the pen and vice versa.  I manually set the starters and then adjust after a couple times thorugh for fatigue, etc.

I think he was asking about PC and pull.   If not, yeah, SIMMY usually puts the highest STM/DUR combo as your SP.
