Many of you know about Wooden's D3 reputation: It is tough. Very tough. 4 conferences dominate the landscape. But, as of last season, two new conferences are on the rise: The New Jersey and SUNYAC.

The New Jersey did really well last year, considering they had a SIM and a ghost. We believe that everyone will be returning, so here are the links to the two teams:

New Jersey City- They may have only won 10 games last season, but they are primed for the takeover. With the extra recruiting cash from some deep NT runs, and only two open scholarships, you have different ways of tackling it: Recruit one stud, or grab two guys that can contribute off the bench either immediately or down the road.

Their Defense rating leaves something to be desired, but it's hard to overlook some good scoring threats, and 7 sophomores (soon to be juniors). They should allow you to inflate your wins and Prestige over the next two seasons, so that you can get down to the business of recruiting YOUR team when they graduate.

Rutgers at Newark- Ay, ay, ay. We technically don't know if this will be open, as it was ghosted, but we sure hope it is. The previous coach signed 4 guys, but allowed 2 walkons, and there will be one senior graduating. It's a tall order, and not for the faint of heart, but it is by far the most fun and gratifying job you'll see for awhile.

Everyone loves to build their own team from the ground up; well, this team is in the basement. You'll have a great conference around you though, and we all have the same vision: make the NJ conference one of the top conferences in the top D3 worlds.

Get your team now! In addition to a great conference, we have a challenge with the SUNYAC conference, which has the same vision as we do. This challenge starts next season, and should be one of the more fun ones out there!

EDIT: Also, The coach at College of New Jersey has not reupped, so we do not know if he is returning. This might be open as well.

I joined the USA South at NCWU and had a blast in my first season of the quasi-rebuild. We're looking set up to be pretty strong in the USA South West but the USA South East needs a few strong and brave coaches to join up! No such thing as easy recruiting in Wooden, but we're at least not smack in the middle of the two hot zones. Would love to see a few coaches join up!

Or even join NJ if you so choose... bottom line: the more the merrier!
