Does anyone use this as part of recruiting process? Does recruit care that you spent this money on them?

No don't use it, it's useless.  From an old version of the game where personalities matter. I suppose the money may still count, but you'd be better served spending it on anything else

i think people use them to try and establish whether or not a player will take booster gifts... no use at all in d3.

I had always assumed you could get insight from the scouting trips on those things too.

When they mention the player always having the newest sneakers, or not taking money he found
