Last season I put a lot of money into an international player who ultimately signed with another team. This season the player contacted me and said he was transferring. Will he be easier for me to sign because I put so much money into him last time? I assumed that is why he contacted me. Any info or thoughts would be appreciated.

If it works like players who you put a lot of cash into who end up going JUCO, then 25% of what you put in should carry over. Someone will correct me if I am wrong but I believe that is the way it is.
