I am wondering if some more of the seasoned/successful coaches would give their take on my practice plan strategy. I have read the posts on the topic and up until now have been trying to maintain all different categories by alloting some minutes (3,5,7) to each category. Should I be using all the mintues from some categories (C-PE, for example) into more important categories (C, LP) and not worrying about the player's unimportant categories falling?
Should I always be trying to increase the cores first or should I be trying to adjust the player's attributes to my team?
Along similar lines, is there a definitive answer or place to look to find which categories have the greatest multiplier by position and is that the correct way of thinking about allocation of practice minutes?
