Without knowing what distro you are running, hard to say - the two big issues I see with the team overall are (a) the number of freshmen, which can't be helped, and (b) the horrible ATH ratings of the frontcourt seniors, which prevent any of them from being legitimate players.
Anyway, I would classify your scorers as:
A = Singer
B = Roberts, Gordon, and James
C = Martone, McFolley, McNeel, and York
D/F = Alt, Cooke, Romeo, and Chapman
So a reasonable base distro might be something like this:
1 = Alt Cooke Romeo & Chapman
4 = Martone McFolley McNeel & York
12 = Roberts Gordon & James
24 = Singer
This will make you have a very perimeter-oriented attack, but again, with the lack of legit threats among your bigs, it is the best way to go. It looks like you are recruiting better big men than your predecessor in terms of ATH, so that will help in the long term!
Also, I would tweak from game to game when you look at the opponent. Where are his weak defenders? How does he tend to position his defense? Are any of his players prone to foul trouble? All of these factors are helpful to think about when preparing for a given game.
