This is the 4th Version of the Banned Players League. The Players Banned are as follows; Kidd, Jordan, Lebron, Wilt, Rodman, B Wallace, Kareem, Hakeem, Moses, Shaq, B. Walton, C Paul, Dr. J, R. Allen, A.Gilmore and Stockton. No Clones - No Rookies

The previous 3 Versions Filled in less than 3 weeks. So far no team has won 60 games in a season so it is very competitive.

Sorry...  Cap is 48M....also as in previous versions (League Champion) is awarded a free team.
