I have no idea which one of these guys to take. Iam leaning towrds #3 but I just brought up a high pick at that position and need pitching help. I have 19M in college scouting and 14M in High School. #2 and #3 are college.

Thats how I'd rank them.  Hopefully for you the top two picks dont see that pitcher because he looks like a beast! 

#1 is an knuckle baller, which I don't think matters but is interesting

No the pitch types are just for ***** and giggles. 

I think I'd rank #2 first.  #1 is a close second...  only because you are more sure about the ratings of #2 and his health is a little better. #1 might be the better pitcher though. 

I"m taking #1.  He has a vL in the high 80's, his vR is decent AND he has two killer pitches in the 90's.  His Durability means he will never miss a start and he'll throw 230 innings for you.

#3 is nice, too.  He will hit .315-.320 and whack a bunch of homers, say 30 of them.  He can also actually play 2B.

Either of those will be really nice.  How old is #3?  If he's 21 or 22, he may not get to projections, depending on where his numbers are now.

Who has to grow the most to hit projections?  That might be the tie breaker.

I'm taking 1, 2, 3 then 4. 

I expect with the 1st guy a HS and 14m allocated, those 90+ pitches won't get close to that and with his other two pitches blow. I'd go with 3 myself. 

2,3,1,4, mainly because of the scouting budgets.

Alright, I think I am going with # 2 or # 3.

#2 is 21 yrs old and is willing to sign if the deal is right

#3 is 22 yrs old and is looking for slot.

How much more will I end up paying for #2?

Man, #2 is clearly not #1's equal, IMHO.  What am I missing? 

#1 is a HS guy. He budgeted 14M for HS and 19 for college.
I think most are thinking the HS projections are a bit exaggerated.

I'd probably take #1, but it would depend on the current ratings to a certain extent.
