Never slipped into this before.  We are in the Rule V day, and all roster moves are frozen.  I peruse the Free Agent pool, looking for a post free agency period bargain, and find this guy, which I can stash in the back of my pen for emergency starter, long relief purposes in the event of an untimely injury and he is cheap, 1.2M.

He signs, and appears unassigned on my team, but is a Rule V guy.  He is unassigned and from the free agent pool, will he still be subject to draft by another team in Rule V?
