I thought they made D3 to D2 jump more difficult? Topic

I saw someone with the following record jump to D2 from D3... I thought it was supposed to require some level of success. Below are the the history in TARK that allowed him to move up to D2...

I don't recall WIS saying that D3 to D2 was being made harder to attain.

I don't see anything other than an anecdote that you couldn't jump in one season, which doesn't apply here anyway.

Yeah, it's harder now than it used to be, but you'll remember that it used to be automatic.  Three crappy seasons is probably still enough, it's just that one crappy season isn't anymore.
