I saw this on the recruit page...am I to presume that we'll be able to see the/an overall rating minus WE ST and DU here?

I think you could use "roles" to create your own formula that excluded those categories and then select that formula on the recruiting page

"Total" just means regular overall rating as opposed to one of your player roles formulas
