Upstate is the top no questions asked, nobody is touching them.
Michigan, Minnesota and Midwest really take turns as 2-4 depending on the season. Both have 2-3 teams that are always a top 3 seed at worst, the national champ usually rotates between the 4 conferences and they all make a lot of post season money every year.
You really can't go wrong in any of them, just depends where a job is open...of course what sucks about those 3 conferences (and part of Upstate) is they are all right on top of each other so recruiting is really really intense, and at a bad school like Carleton you have very little to work with by the time players drop to you.
