What is the criteria to have a JUCO consider a human coach 1st cycle?  I know it has to do with the effort in the prior recruiting season but wasn't sure of the amount?   Is it only for players considering you from the prior season who didn't sign, or is some lessor effort enough?  In the inverse, if he was considering you last recruiting season but didn't sign, will he automatically be considering you the next recruiting season?

 Everytime I've experienced it, it's been a player that I signed.  He then decided to go JUCO after recruiting was finished.  He was then considering me again at the start of the next season

+1; I just signed a guy like that with my LSU team and just signed a guy like that with my UCLA team. With LSU I had signed the guy the season before and he was considering me. With UCLA he was 30 miles from campus but considering Nebraska who had signed him the season before.

its not automatic at all. 25% of the effort you put into a JUCO gets preserved for the next season. so if 25% of the effort was enough to be considered, then you will. if not, then you wont :) i've had both happen to me on a number of occasions.
