With a $34-million defensive unit this team will contend THIS SEASON. You have a good QB and enough ground game to choke Woody Hayes. 3 serviceable receivers. The kicking game is decent. Special teams excellent. The downside is you will need a better TE both for now and the future and a decision will need to be made on your O-Line which will shine in the future (past) but is not as good as the rest of the team for 1990/91.
This team played in Houston although they are a part of the NFC West. It would be best if you move them to an NFC town, there are 6 cities available right now....San Francisco, Seattle, Phoenix..all member of the current NFC West...Atlanta a former NFC West team now in the NFC South, but 2 of your divisional rivals will be with you in the West. Also you could go with Tampa Bay or St. Louis, which in 1990/91 was between NFL franchises....
