If a team with a lower prestige (lets say b-) makes the effort for a pulldown and succeeds, is it just a pulldown for the team that put the effort? In other words, if another team with higher prestige ( maybe A-, all other factors equal) did not put any effort into pulling the player down, will the effort of the lower prestige team have any effect on the the recruit dropping down to the higher prestige team?
