So, I have noticed that IQ's always progress the same; F/D to B- as freshman, B- to B+ as sophomores, B+ to A- as juniors, and A- to A/A+ as seniors. Doesn't matter about practice minutes (I have tried 20-26), playing time can change a grade a quarter point sometimes, and work ethic seems to matter a little. However, never enough to worry about with practice minutes. Put them at 20 or 22 and use your time wisely with individual rating improvement.
