Is there a list of what messages mean high high, and so on?

Outstanding court vision and passing ability - with more experience I expect to see TREMENDOUS improvement.

- Outside shot can be inconsistent - I see such solid fundamentals that with enough practice I don't see why he can't be a *significantly* better shooter than he is today..

Uncoordinated, just not very athletic - I'm going to go out on a limb and say that he could improve substantially if he really works at it.

- Great shotblocking instincts and fundamentals - definitely has above average room for growth with the right drills and coaching.

- Needs aerobic conditioning. Tires easily - with the right diet and drills, I think we can see a *dramatic* change in his conditioning.

1/2/5 = high high.The key words are the give away, *tremendous, *significantly, *dramatic. I believe the only ones that might throw you off because the wording isn't obvious is rebounding (Huge) and LP (Sky's the limit).

Thanks for sharing the table. One question that I assume I know the answer to, but want to verify, involves that player as he develops.

If an attribute is blue (at any point really), then the potential is still 20+, correct? As an example, if I have a Jr. PG who has improved 30 points in a category and that category is still blue, I read that to mean that he still has potential growth of another 20+ points. Otherwise, the category would turn black or red. Is my rationale correct?
