In recruiting I dont typically use coach calls or evals because I like to spend all my money on CVs and HVs, but if after signings I have money left; I think I should be able to use it to call coaches or do evaluations on the players Ive signed. I dont see why it would present an issue or shouldnt be allowed.

I like this; no harm done, and if you want to spend some of your leftover dough instead of carrying it over, why shouldn't you?

hopefully admin pays attention to this. that being said, since you don't do evals you might not appreciate the crap shoot of getting evals - you might pay for 10 and still not get potential on some of the attributes.

But since you're not using evals as a way to sign the guy, you can do them 1 at a time until you get the attributes you want.
