I just joined sewanne in Allen. I have no scholarships available and 800$ to work with. I know if I pull a scholly during recruiting, I don't get the extra three grand. But if I pull one now, or at any time before that first 6 pm cycle tomorrow, do I get money to actually recruit with? Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I've scoured the FAQs with no luck

you'll get the $800 to work with.  If you don't pull a scholly, then you carry over the full $800 to next season

no. you only get money for scholarships that were open before the season began (ie walk-ons) or if a player leaves early for the draft or quits due to broken promises or lack of playing time complaints. Basically, if you cut anyone now, you either have to fill that spot with those limited funds or leave the spot open (take a walk on) and get the cash for it next season.

Nope.... but you can sign a player for $800 if you are patient.   If there is someone you aren't going to play at all cut them and then sign a player on the last day for a SV and a scholarship.  In theory, you could do two.  The worst thing that happens is you get a walkon and more recruiting cash next season.
