now I am thinking if I should move. I am currently at Radford in Knight. I have won the last 3 CT and made the NT. The problem is I think the conference I am in is hurting me when the feild is picked. I can move to the Horizon League or maybe another conference that has a better prestige. I would pretty much have to start over. Rebuilding getting players that I want in and setting up game play etc.

Would you stay or would you look for a new team? It is a toss up for me right now.

I would look for a new team in Naismith, North Coast Conference.There are a few good ones open now. we generally get 2 to 3 in the post season.

Just find a conference with a bunch of other humans and a team in a favorable location (lots of close recruits). It can get boring being the big fish in a small pond. Rebuilding can be fun, but be patient.

im in the same boat. had my 1st successful season but there is only one other human coach,and,all though im addicted to this, it gets kinda lonely!! i am debating whether to find new team or just tough it out, but feel like i should join another conf with more peeps and start over.id like to keep my squad but not sure if id enjoy as much. 1st season more than half the conf was filled up but everybody moved on! decisions decisions. Im in naismith so may have to take rider up on his offer!

I'm in a similar situation with my St. Francis team in Allen, except that you have an overall stronger roster.  I think that you shouldn't stay at this current team more than one more season, being that you are only losing 1 senior this year.  That being said, if a spot in a good conference opened up I'd take it.
