I can't remember...but do any particular ratings help determine if a player is more determined to be a DitR? (i.e. makeup?)

Also, do spring training help or coaching?  Or is it just the sim throwing a virtual darts at your players?

It has to do with low overalls...example all players in their first 1-2 seasons with a max projected overall of 48 are eligible...each team can have up to 4? And generally the categories improved at important ones like splits, control, this is why one of the only future MLB impact players you can receive are relievers or DHs...basically the same as hitting on a 2nd round pick.
