Just got this message from a recruit: "...I think you're chasing something you'll never catch. He thinks he'll get interest... and I think he's right". Is this one I have a chance at if I throw a bunch of Scouting Visits, or am I barking up the wrong tree?
Sub-question: I just sent him a few Scouting trips. If I cancel them before the cycle turns, do I get the money back?
