Job Qualification Process Topic

Maybe someone can explain this to me, I have built Pennsylvania in Phelan into a B prestige school, this past season I had my redshirt candidate become academically ineligible and this dropped my reputation from A- to B+; looking at the job change options I do not qualify for the D+ prestige Columbia or Dartmouth jobs, with no insight from WIS into the job change process, I am looking to you all for some insight.  Thanks...

also not qualified for D- prestige Pepperdine

Rep is important for job changes, as you've seen. How did your Rep get to A- in the first place?

baker, some schools that are known to be "prestigious" IRL (some Ivy leagues schools, and I guess Pepperdine...) are very particular about reputation. UNLV, on the other hand, is very forgiving (no joke...) I think all schools have a base reputation built into their hiring...

shoulda gotten the kid a tutor...you're the Ivy league!

it didnt occur to me that would drag down my reputation, I never put SH minutes into redshirts, seems like a waste of time since they aren't playing anyway, oh well.  Submitted a ticket, got nothing useful back from customer service

Yep Baker, it's the rep that's holding you back.  Unfortunately, it seems that most schools want an A+ rep before you can move there.  Some don't require that perfect rep (the UNLV example stated above), but most do.

If it's any consolation, were you to ask everyone who plays HD what they think is most in need of being fixed, the jobs process would likely be the number one answer.  It's really in bad shape.

Baker, I couldn't get anything when I had a B+ rep too. Nothing. But now I'm back to an A and I qualify for stuff. I don't qualify for any Ivy league school with an A so I second dacj's statement. My biggest gripe is that reps change AFTER the job process. That makes no sense to me. It's like I have to play through another season at a school I might wanna leave just to get credit for a Rep bump I should have had at the conclusion of the current season. Rep prestige should change with school prestige.

Thanks for the feedback guys, the general lack of detail about the process is the most frustrating, I also play GD and there they give you specific minimums for each school that are posted, giving coaches some idea if they have a chance, and rednation I definitely +1 your point about waiting until after job change to update Rep & Loyalty, great sales technique, terrible customer service
