how would you set the depth chart?
when i look at it i can make a case for childers playing sg,sf,or pf.
i know this team is extremely flawed but it has some useful parts if used correctly

SG: Olsen/blank/Pickens/Mathis
SF: Pringle/Pickens/Crawford/Freeman
PF: Childers/blank/Stuber/Freeman
 C: Goff/Stuber/blank/Childers

SF: Pickens/Pringle/Crawford/Freeman
PF: Goff/Freeman/Childers/Pickens
C: Stuber/Crawford/blank/Childers

I don't see any way to get any rebounds when your starters leave the game, but if you start Childers, Goff, and Stuber together, at least your starters should be competitive on the glass. Went with Pickens over Pringle due to better speed and ball skills, but they should both get plenty of time with Pickens shifting up to SG on occasion. Frontcourt depth looks like priority #1 in recruiting.
