Can I sign 1 star recruits with C prestige D1? Topic

Just moved up to C prestige at D1, can I recruit 1, 2 or 3 star recruits? What position range will I likely be able to recruit?

In the past, a C prestige team could sign 4 stars (I did this several times, way back when) and occasionally a 5 star (if things broke just right).  Been a long time since I had a team with that prestige, but I would assume that 4 stars would still be within reach, 3 stars for sure.

Definitely 3 stars. I never even tried a 4 star and that was with a C+ prestige. Just assumed no way it could happen. Good to hear tho! Hope you have lots of money to protect those higher rated guys.
