Depends on who you have at PG and SF, but I'd definitely go with #2, shutdown defender who's 91 ball handling will allow him to score. But if you #1 is better than your starting PG or SF I'd put #2 at PG or SF and start #1 at SG.

my SF is the defending national POY, so I'm entrenched there.  My starting PG looks like this:

#2 can be a lockdown defender and #1 and 3 can be big time scorers coming off the bench at the SG and SF spots.
