i think i would do pretty well... it would REALLY make it tough to have a talent advantage from recruiting, and that was never my primary strength. it was always finding guys who fit nicely and making the most of them, so i think id be pretty well off. IMO, thats the primary difference in your scenario - how do you compare your strength as a raw recruiter (raw talent) to your strength as a team planner and at team setup/game planning.
