so I know that if you inform a guy sduring recruitng and he accepts then u can RS with no problem.  But if you recruit/sign a guy and dont play him for the 1st 5 games will he then me more apt to take the RS with out a HUGE WE hit?

Not to my knowledge. I don't think there's anything we can do to force a 'happy' redshirt on our players.  I know of coaches who haven't played a recruit the entire season and he still wouldn't accept a redshirt

what you describe, at least if you believe the forum myths, used to work. but i believe seble got rid of all that kind of stuff.

ok nice thanks for the responces fellas.  its fun trying to correlate over my GD assumptions to HD and then realizing that none of the correlate over :-)
