I would say you better hope to make it to the conference finals, and probably win it.  Your SOS isn't terrible, but you are 2-4 vs top 50, 2-3 51-100,  and have a few bad losses (145, 185, 189).  Doesn't look good

61 is pretty much automatically out. Phelan has 11 conferences where the highest team is sub 64 on the projection report, so you need at least 54 to make the NT from where things are right now. 54 because my team is 44 on the proj report but only 13 wins, giving the 54th team and at large NT bid. Things will change as more CT games play out but your Mizzou team is at least 1 wins, if not 2 away (winning the CT), from making the NT.

The cutoff in Phelan is usually 51-52. It'll drop for every true bid stealer that sneaks in, and there usually is one of those. Thinking this season is different since some of the mid's are multiple berth to begin with, so the chances of a bid stealer diminish having to be two NT teams in a row. The one bid leagues are kind of immaterial who wins the CT. I'd say 53 is probably the last team in this time because of VT being sub-500. I know I wouldn't want to be sitting in the 54th spot .. and unfortunately I am right now!!

nope, beat KSU, lost to KU, 3 seed in the PI.

Needed the NT for prestige, but i'll take a win or two in the PI over nothing at all.

My team is gonna be average at best next year, only 1 guard I trust, and my SF will be more of a sf/pf combo guy.
