Is there some secret to improving Free Throw shooting?

I put points in it but don't notice any improvement.

it's slow, slow, slow. easier to recruit than to improve. high potential improves quicker than average, but not fast by any stretch.

It may  be improving more than you think. If grade "B', for instance, is from 65-75%, your player could have moved from 65% to 74% and still be listed as a 'B'.  But movement is still slow, as xcaliber indicated

(I made up those percentages. I don't know what they actually are)
