What type of prestige jump do you think is possible with this scenario?

Take over team with D- prestige, 1st season go 24-2 with RPI of 62 after regular season?  

Not likely to make the NT since 2 losses were to the same conference opponent, but likely to make it to CT finals and PIT bid

What are the chances to move to C- prestige? or is D+ more likely?
