you can see IQ change after every practice. SH does NOT play into iq AT ALL. increasing SH when players are older is fairly useless, as they basically never fail out at that age, but occasionally instead of putting a guy with low in everything up to 50 conditioning, ill give him like 40, and 10 study hall. SH has absolutely no value other than college grades, which have absolutely no impact other than eligibility. that is a common misconception - high school GPA affects work ethic growth (and you cant even see their HS GPA after fr year) - but college GPA has no impact on IQ whatsoever.
