Mike Millis. Is listed as my best player at all five positions according to player roles. Do you agree and if you do, should I leave him at SF?

He is close to the best, if not best, at all positions. This is mostly because most of the players aren't good, not because he is so great. I would play him at SF. You need to recruit stronger players IMO. I would also find a mentor (the stickied thread is a good start point) and definitely you should read this guide on how to succeed at D II and D III.

I have read, and things have changed since I last played for sure. I did read the 2nd thread after recruiting, which was definitely useful. I've always been a better gameplanner then I have been a recruiter so that should help immensely. Thanks

When I last played, defense was the most valued, and thus the most overrated skill in the game. But of course back then every Sr. had 40+ defense b/c there was no potential. I was actually pretty good back then.

The low defense of some of your recruits was my biggest red flag. You may want to consider cutting some of them and trying again rather than being saddled with them for 4 seasons. If you want to sitemail me specific questions or anything, feel free, or find someone from the mentor list maybe - I think it helps new (or long time away returning) players get on their feet quicker.

My biggest thing I took away from the thread was that defense is important now compared to previously. Seriously, my best teams had little defense in them.
