This is my Creighton team.  Questions on flex and how starting lineup.  This is what I'm thinking:
PG: Pennington, Primm; SG: Orr, Skipper;  SF: Pickett, Brown; PF: McVicker, Vanhoy; C: Hodges, Vanhoy.  Can my PG be a scorer or should he be distributor like in Triangle?  Any suggestions would mich be appreciated.

Yes PG can be top scorer and/or shooter in flex, motion & FB.  I have had great success with PG being top scorer on alot of my teams. I have run all 3. I don't run triangle at all. It's a pro offense set up for pro "D" rules. It is not effective against college defenses. It is a slowdown offense by design, It is eeeeeeesay to defend.

Probably not the guy to ask. I'm not sure of ratings at D1. I'm a D2 & D3 guy. I run 3 D2 (2 Mo/P & 1 Flx/P) and 1 D3 mo/P with my Nat'l Championship @ D2 (Mo/P). My D2 San Fran ST team (Flx/P) should Be highly ranked as soon as the RUPP World season starts.

At the PG, SG & SF, I value speed & passing in the flx, motion & against the press. In the press I value speed and "D" the most.

In my bigs speed is not an issue. I value athleticism, reb, "D" & LP in that order.

If it were my team, without knowing past stats I would run:
PG Orr, Douglas. SG Pennigton, Skipper. SF Pickett, Primm. PF Hodges, McVickers. C Cory, VanNoy.
Having said that Orr & Pennington are pretty much interchangeable, so not a big deal. I also use my bigs at either position, so it really doesn't matter alot whether they play PF or C except in specific game matchups.

I would probably try to get some input from a D1 guy.
