I've been at St. Johns for a couple seasons and I just can't figure out how to get some recruits to compete with conference.  I'm in search for someone to help me learn the strategy, thanks.

i'm not in allen world which makes it tough to see some of the world dynamics...conference strengths, sim/human teams, prestiges, etc but i spent some time at st johns in phelan and had some success there so if you have questions i'd be happy to try to help.

1st off- you're gameplanning REALLY needs work! I looked at two of your games against sims and you played uptempo (I almost never run uptempo) with a 7 man rotation and 4 of 5 of your starters were playing on tired. You cant lose to sims on a regular basis if you want to be an elite big 6 team.

i wasn't game planning this season.  I had a beyond horrible recruiting and like an idiot decided I wasn't interested in checking them.
