Am I thinking about this wrong or does it make sense to scout prior to the season rolling over?  Do you get to use all your money instead of just 25% of it then?

new recruits don't appear until after rollover I don't believe

I am pretty sure they show up right after recruiting is done. Don't we get an email telling us that?

Yes recruits for the next season show up once recruiting ends that season.

Yes the new recruits show up right after the recruiting period is done, but your rollover money is also cut to the 25% amount at that time so there's really no difference. The only thing it will get you is the annoying emails whenever one of the ineligibles fails to qualify yet again.

That makes sense.  I didn't notice if the money had been reduced to 25%.  Thanks.
