Anyone else find that now and then your game settings get changed to a defense/offense you dont play?

I think that somehow this happens - very rarely - when I move too quickly from one world to another and somehow the settings migrate.  But I am not sure.

Anyone else seen this gremlin?

not sure on the cause but this has definitely happened to me and one time i didnt catch it for a couple games til my asst coach yelled at me

I've had it happen before.  Change your pw is the advice I got from support.

they dont want to acknowledge that there may be a bug so they just assume we've all been "hacked".

i have 6 teams though i'm sure if someone was going to do that they might have changed than my offense and defense and they probably would have done it to more than one of my teams.

This popped up a couple years back and I think the determination was that it was a hiccup that takes place sometimes if you hit the back button before the new page (with your changed settings) had fully loaded. It reverted things back to the "default" settings, so 0 for positioning, normal for tempo, whatever defense and offense are atop the dropdown menus, etc.

I've seen it happen when I've had multiple tabs opened. One tab will be on the team settings page for a first world. Then I'll open a second tab, then for some reason switch to a different world. Then when I go back to the initial tab that is still on the team setting page for the original world and hit submit it will actually change the settings for the second world that I had switched to in the other tab. Essentially it seems like there is a global browser variable being used to store the value of the world you are on, so when that value got changed by the second tab that new value was used when I submitted on the first tab.

I believe theploww has it right.

For me it happens like this:

1. Work on Team A's gameplan
2. Open Team B's gameplan in a separate tab
3. Submit the new Team A gameplan in the still-open window
4. Discover gameplan has been submitted for Team B instead of Team A

Now I always open Team B's gameplan in a different browser
