Other than the big six conferences, is there still a hierarchy of teams/conferences where base prestige is concerned?
If so, is there somewhere it is written out?

grr. Old age means linky isn't linking. But that's the list you want. The thing to remember is prestige is based on how the teams were doing the years before Hoops Dynasty came out.
