Yeah, you don't need everybody in your lineup to be a scorer. One's lineup should be full of players who complement each other well. For example: I like to have one big who can score well (he also must defend moderately well/ have good athleticism, and be able to rebound a bit of course), and another who can defend and rebound very well. Most people like to have 2 main scorers in their starting lineup (although another could be helpful) and another main scorer off the bench.
Honestly I wouldn't even have recruited the third guy on a D3 team because he's such a defensive liability (I also wouldn't have recruited the 2nd guy, even though he is better). If you have any questions about recruiting or anything like that, feel free to shoot me a sitemail.
