Wondering if I did something wrong, or what might have happened.  I had a freshman that I redshirted at the beginning of the year.  He had the redshirt icon by his name all season and never played.  When the season rolled over and I checked today he was a sophomore and eligible to be redshirted again.  If I remember correctly he shouldn't be listed as a sophomore or eligible to be redshirted again.  Is this normal?

Something went wrong, either on your end or on WIS' end

I never pulled him off the redshirt.  The only thing I did with him all season is change his training points.  In fact I know his redshirt icon was still there even after my conference tournament and I didn't make the postseason, so not sure what I would have done.

Send a support ticket.

I conference mate that had the same problem this past season. I told him to send a ticket but I don't know if he did or what the response was.
