If so, consider
Muskingum in Crum (signups last until tomorrow at 5 PM). They had a human coach roll through last year who started five freshmen, all of whom seemed to improve solidly in the core areas. This year, they're sim again and have six human-recruited sophomores (and one human-recruited senior) who look pretty solid.
They have one open scholarship this season and two open scholarships next season, so it's a good opportunity to get a feel for recruiting on a small scale before you have to recruit a huge, make-or-break class. They already have a huge class that looks pretty promising, so you should have one meh year and two pretty good ones while you're learning the ropes. And then they graduate and you recruit your big class.
And the conference has nine humans (four of whom have made the postseason six straight seasons and two of whom are also new) in it and is a lot of fun.
Of course, we'd love to have veteran coaches join as well, and it does set up well for veterans to win more quickly than your standard rebuild--I just always think of veteran coaches as wanting to recruit their own guys quickly. Will probably post an ad for everyone else next year if it's still open, right now just thought I'd post in case any of the new folks we get occasionally are hanging out in the forums, because this is an excellent place to learn.
