I am in D2 (B prestige) - do I have any chance of pulling down a guy who is considering a D1 school coached by a Sim with D prestige? I was given the "fall back" message. Thanks!

Depends on whether the recruit is a high priority for the Sim or not. If they are move on. If they aren't a high priority you have a chance but its probably going to be pretty expensive.

In my experience in D2 as a B+ to an A+. it will be extremely expensive. Much more expensive than battling a human coach in the right battles.
